Most repairs can be completed within 5 working days, but the timeframe will be clearly explained to you at the outset. We do also offer an express on-the-day service on certain repairs.
As you would expect, we also provide a full aftercare service for all jewellery purchased with us. Just pop in and we’ll happily check over your jewellery and provide a professional clean and polish.

Whether you already have a clear design in mind, or need some assistance in developing your ideas, we are here to support you through every step of the process. We’ll bring the initial design to life through a Computer Aided Design (CAD) drawing which will be discussed and finalised with you. This ensures that we understand exactly what you want before we go ahead and create your bespoke ring.
